Hello all.

Yes. It's been 2 long years since I posted to this site, and I felt it was time to open the doors once again. And speak to you all.

For the last 2 years I've been fighting a battle with my weight, and instead of taking my own device I developed an eating disorder. Sad but so very true. I used every excuse in the book to defend my actions. But no avail.

I stumbled upon a few comments that had been posted to this journal recently and I was proud. Amazed at the fact that so many people have decided to take my good advice.

But the problem is getting worse, more and more girls are developing disorders, self - esteem is at an all time low and there are few people who are speaking out.

I urge you to check out Gok Wan! He's an amazing man who stands for what people here want..

PLEASE. PLEASE PLEASE. Keep visiting here. I hope to update more and more!

For a year I was suffering with slight anorexia with bullimic tendencies.
I looked at thousands of Pro-Ana and Pro-Mia websites.
For these sites I collected quotes such as "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels".
Lots of these quotes were dangerous and mentally damaging.

I have condensed them down and added a few of my own for this book/journal.

Being a naturally very curvy woman, I try and inspire to have a body shape like woman and celebrities similar shapes to me.
This is not inspiration.

I feel truely sorry for the girls who feel they have to look like this to be beautiful.

Please feel free to comment with pictures of your favourite Slimspiration.

I for one am tired of seeing these sick, mentally ill girls who feel the only way to loose weight is to turn to anorexia or bullimia.
It's a sad world we live in where size 0 is favoured over a healthy NORMAL body shape for a women.
I hear many a girl in my school talk about how they wish they were slimmer like Nicole Richie.
Why should the media be allowed to push such an unhealthy body image like this

on TEENAGE girls.
I for one am sick of it.
I am only 16 and have already experiences a LONGING to be anorexic. For months i tried to starve myself and every time i failed - i turned to bullimia to purge my guilt. T
That part of my life is disgusting and infact i gained more weight than i lost through my body pushing itself into survival mode.
I decided to open this comunnity when i drastically over hauled my diet, exercise and thoughts on food.
I started a scrap book - my Fat Book of diets, exercise, tips 'n' tricks and REAL SLIMspiriation.
Gorgeous real curvy HEALTHY woman, who have so far inspired me to keep on track.
I'd like to share that information with everyone and also - have a comunnity where no matter the size or shape woman can share tips and support with each other, without fear of predjudice and feeling embarassed of their weight.
My struggle is starting at 202lbs and I will be documenting it all on this livejournal
Lets support each other in this media obessed world and beat all the standards to make our own - gorgeous , accepting standard.
